I love sailing and would like to sail while at home as well :)
Sailing experience:
I taught myself how to sail in Australia on the East coast (Pacific ocean) and then voluntarily taught others. I would say I am advanced novice or beginner intermediate. Some gale winds and big waves, but still did not venture very far.
