Want to get myself a sail boat in the future so this looks like a good learning tool

I would like to learn how to sail in reality.

Sailing experience

Interested in the next 5-8 years in buying a catamaran and sailing with my wife around the Caribbean, Bahamas and USA, then potentially the med.

Sailed a lot but now I want to learn myself

Just to learn sailing, for safety, before I go on the water with my own boat
